Established in 2009, GreenSpaces is vibrant and expanding organisation. We have created an additional position for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager. This position is for a person with either a landscaping or horticulture background.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will use your professional and proactive approach to maintain an in-depth knowledge of all pending and active projects. You will ensure that these projects are managed efficiently through effective communication with the management team.

‣ Managing the quality of the delivery of the projects to ensure that the good name of, and the reputation of the Company is maintained and enhanced.

‣ Managing a select portfolio of clients.

‣ Working closely with our Estimator.

‣ Project Planning & Scheduling.

‣ Flexible in approach to doing business.

‣ Manage a number of Teams across varying projects.

‣ Solutions based mindset and actions.

‣ Responsible for procurement & delivery of materials to schedule.

‣ Track and monitor labour hours and materials in relation to original quote.

‣ Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the Contract Specifications.
‣ Responsibility for project financial performance including some resource scheduling.

‣ Ensuring that GreenSpaces high quality standards are maintained.

‣ Liaising with the client and maintaining good relations.

‣ Liaising with other stakeholders.

‣ Compiling progress and budget reports for presentation to the General Manager.

‣ Supporting the General Manager and the Management Team in the preparation of tender documentation, pricing future projects and tender submissions.

‣ Championing of and ensuring compliance with site-specific company policies and procedures, and health & safety regulations.

‣ Leading by presenting and mentoring through the delivery of toolbox talks.

‣ Checking timesheets, attendance and monitoring staff absences and safety issues, which may affect the smooth running of the projects or the safety of staff.
