We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Quarry Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations at our quarry site.

Job Summary:
As the Quarry Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the quarry’s operations, including production, safety, and staff management. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and work towards maximizing productivity while minimizing costs and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise quarry operations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.

Manage and coordinate quarry personnel, ensuring efficiency and safety on-site.

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

Conduct regular inspections to assess equipment and machinery maintenance needs.

Oversee the health and safety of all staff and implement risk assessments and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records and reports for production, safety, and environmental performance.

Collaborate with management to develop and optimize operational processes.

Manage material stockpiles and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quarry operations or a related field.

RII's for excavator & loader

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the mining or quarrying industry.

Strong knowledge of quarrying techniques, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Relevant qualifications in mining.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

RII's for Moxy and Dozer

Truck license

First aid certification.

Experience with environmental management systems.
