About Our Client
Our client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. They operate seven Bowen Basin mine sites with roles available across the operations with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
What you will be Doing
Within this role you will be able to execute production activities to plan through the management of people and equipment. You will lead, coach and mentor a team of multi skilled operators to deliver the plan and build a high-performance team, you will be in the field a minimum 75% of your time. You will be able to identify improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficiency and production is maximized.
What you will need
- S123 Certificate
- Minimum 12 months production mine experience
- Current Standard 11 Induction
- Current Coal Board Medical - conducted within 2 years
- Current Driver's Licence
- A willingness to work rotating rosters
- Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
- Sound Work History
