Ready Resources is on the lookout for a Build Supervisor to provide delivery of efficient and compliant on-site field services support to our client.
This role is responsible for the effective on-site leadership and execution of the Builds and Projects department, that enables the team to deliver; safe, efficient
and compliant field services support to the Mining Division.

Subcontractors will also be considered for this role.

Work Schedule:
Start date: Asap (potential flight on Friday/this weekend)
Roster : 8:6 Day Shift only!
Days: 12.5 hours Paid

What we are looking for:

1. Proven experience in machine builds and overhaul is a must -especially on Liebherr machines
2. Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role or leading teams
3. Trade qualified
4. Possess strong leadership qualities
5. worked for OEM companies like Liebherr, Cat, Komatsu.

Required Qualifications:

1. Certificate III Mobile Plant Technology OR
   Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) OR
   Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter OR
   Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication) OR
   Certificate III Electrotechnology (HV) OR
   Certificate III Automotive Electrical Technology
2. Australian Driver's License
3. Liebherr earthmoving equipment experience
4. HRWL – LF, DG, RB, WAH, EWP
5. Working at Heights certificate
6. Australian working rights
7. Strong understanding of adherence to mine site safety.
8. Demonstrated experience in leading teams
9. Customer relationship management experience

• Lead and motivate the team to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, safely, and according to procedures.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance performance and development.
• Contribute to improving workflows and project execution through regular reviews and feedback.
• Participate in ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to meet their expectations and KPIs.
• Act as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports on team activities and operational performance.
• Identify potential challenges early and propose solutions to prevent disruptions in quality or service delivery.
