About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Grace Life and Wealth as a Financial Planner. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to our valued clients in the greater Perth area. Working in a full-time capacity from our Joondalup office, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

What you'll be doing

Conduct detailed financial needs analysis for individual and business clients

Develop tailored financial plans covering investments, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning

Present financial recommendations to clients in a clear and engaging manner

Assist clients in implementing financial strategies and monitor progress over time

Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices

Build and maintain a portfolio of loyal, satisfied clients through exceptional service

Collaborate with other financial professionals, such as accountants and solicitors, to provide holistic advice

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Grace Insurance's financial planning services

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in financial planning or a related field

Minimum 4 years of experience as a qualified financial planner

Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning principles, products, and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop appropriate solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay at the forefront of the industry
