About the role

Join the dynamic team at Omli Hire Aust' as a BDM, based in Sunshine West, VIC 3020. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through targeted sales and account management strategies.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to win new business

Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Provide regular sales performance updates and pipeline forecasting

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities

Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
