We’re currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Trades Assistant to join our Albany team.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in the trades. You’ll support our experienced technicians with HVAC and mechanical installs, servicing, and maintenance work. Some away work (Monday to Friday only) is required from time to time, and there’s plenty of overtime available for those who want it.

Key Responsibilities

Assist tradespeople with installations, maintenance, and repairs

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain clean and organised job sites

Deliver materials and tools as needed

Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures

What You’ll Need

Experience in a similar role is a plus

Own hand tools and basic power tools (required)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Valid WA Driver’s Licence

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Physically fit and comfortable with occasional away work (Monday to Friday only)

Willingness to do overtime when required
