Located in beautiful sunny Brisbane, QLD - due to the expansion of the business they are looking to hire an experienced LEAD Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Installer to join the team focusing on Brisbane and surrounding suburbs doing residential and small commercial projects.

About the role

Coming from an experienced AC / Refrigeration background, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on the job in this role as it is in a niche market. The work is varied and will involve both on-site and in-house servicing working with commercial and residential clients, majojrity is commercial! This opportunity has you dealing with all service, repairs and maintenance requirements and par-take in regular overtime and adhere to strong work health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Equipment fixing, servicing, repairing
• You will be responsible for the necessary servicing and repairing of air conditioners and refrigeration systems
• Documenting all repairing including parts usage
• The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
• Working to tight deadlines to complete projects

Skills & experience

• Minimum of 5+ years fully qualified experience specifically working in REPAIRING & SERVICING AC & Refrigeration systems with INSTALLATION background.
• As the successful candidate you must have relavent Australian qualifications
• Great communication, a positive attitude and stability in previous roles.
• Please note - you must have Australian experience.

Reporting directly to the Manager of the business, this role has room for growth. This business has been growing for the past 1-2 years and is getting bigger with more customer growth. There are currently 14 technicians in the team with various experience levels.
