We are looking for experienced Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Install technicians and an Apprentice technicians to join a fast paced growing company and be apart of a young and hard working team. This position would be suited for someone who has drive and dedication to be be apart of this industry.

Our business services include the installation, service, maintenance and repairs of split system, ducted air conditioning systems, Ventilation systems and Refrigeration systems for both the residential and commercial sectors.

The key responsibilities of Fully Qualified Refrigeration & AC Technician role includes: Apprentice will receive training includes:

Commissioning & install of new systems

Training and Development of apprentices

Strong installation knowledge of residential and commercial AC systems

Effectively communicate with customers where required and to support other trades people in maximising customer satisfaction

Be able to work with others and in teams

Be able to carry out PPM on various sites and equipment

The ability to work unsupervised, self motivated and be a team member

Punctual and reliable

Positive attitude is key

Willing to work overtime when needed

Experience in the following an advantage:

Attending service calls

Servicing on Commercial Refrigeration and Air-conditioning units

Maintenance HVAC systems

Fault Finding and diagnostics

Qualifications & experience:

High level customer focus, engagement skills and responsiveness to customer request

Drivers license, all other required licenses

Must be an Australian Citizen
