Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential property portfolio of approximately only 100 properties.
• Managing a team of 6 staff.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance efficiently.
• Monitoring and managing arrears and tasks.
• Conducting regular rent and lease reviews.
• Handling bond claims and attending NCAT hearings as required.
• Working under the guidance and mentorship of a supportive Director.
• Focusing solely on operational tasks with no accounts management duties.

Candidate Requirements

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence.
• A minimum of 3- 5 years of experience managing property portfolios.
• A reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to thrive as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager.
