Matso's Broome Brewery is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager

The successful candidate must possess:

Experience in food and beverage service and cellaring

Sound knowledge of the F&B industry

Experience in training and coaching other employees

Exceptional leadership qualities and people management skills

Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA

The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team as well on their own and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.

We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays. We have a competitive salary package on offer and access to the hotel facilities.
