The Brisbane Lions are looking for Casual Cooks to join our Hospitality team at Brighton Homes Arena! If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, take pride in delivering high-quality food, we want to hear from you.

As a Casual Cook, you’ll work across our on-site café (Roar Espresso) and event spaces, assisting with food preparation and service while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen. You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping to deliver great food and service to our elite athletes, staff and venue guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in cafés, catering, or fast-paced kitchens

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery desired but not essential

A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

Strong understanding of food safety & hygiene standards

Flexible roster availability that includes weekends, mornings, evenings and game days
