What You Will Be Working On
You'll get your hands dirty with real engineering work across diverse projects. Unlike at larger firms where you might get stuck in one narrow lane, you'll work on complete electrical packages – from lighting and power to security systems and emergency services.
The mix of project sizes is perfect for learning – quick small jobs where you'll think on your feet, plus more complex projects requiring detailed planning. You'll collaborate with a tight-knit team on:

• Light and power systems design
• Switchboard specifications
• Security and communications systems
• Emergency lighting and power
• Specialist lighting designs
• Coordinating with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
You'll thrive here if you became an engineer because you genuinely love math and problem-solving, not because you wanted a fancy title. We're looking for someone who values learning from experienced pros rather than racing up a corporate ladder and valuing loyalty is a big must!

• Qualified electrical engineer with 0-3 years of experience working in Building Services or, if you are just starting out, you have actively chosen the building services industry as your career path and are able to demonstrate this
• Someone who takes pride in their work and is curious about how things work
• Good communicator who wants to learn how to explain technical concepts without the jargon
• Eager to learn and excited about mentorship
• Comfortable with (or willing to learn) AutoCAD and Revit
• Motivated by solving challenges
