From day one, you'll work directly with senior engineers and key clients on high-profile developments, gaining exposure to complex mechanical systems across commercial, retail, healthcare, and data centre projects. What You Will Be Working On
You'll take ownership of mechanical building services design across diverse, challenging projects. Rather than being siloed into one sector, you'll work across:

• Complex HVAC system design for premium commercial developments
• Sustainable building services solutions for Green Star rated projects
• Technical oversight of projects across sector requiring precise environmental control
• Collaboration with clients and project teams from concept through to construction completion
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, sharing your expertise to build our next generation of leaders

What Type of Person Will Be Successful
We're looking for a mechanical engineer who combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving abilities. Essential requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Building Services
• CPEng and/or RPEQ Registered (or working towards registration)
• Proven experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships
• Strong background in sustainable design and energy efficiency
• Comfortable working across multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards

This Brisbane or Gold Coast-based role would suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Building Services Engineer, or HVAC Design Engineer ready to take on greater responsibility with direct senior leadership exposure.
