Eco Elite is a QLD based Residential Solar Company helping as many Australians as possible get freedom from their energy bills. We aim to make that process easy for our customers by giving them sound advice with great service. We handle everything in house right from their enquiry all the way through to install.

As an Appointment Setter with us you will be expected to;

• Qualify potential customers.
• Uncover the needs and wants of customers.
• Help customers understand the benefits of solar
• Update & navigate internal CRM (Pipedrive)
• Book an in-home appointment for customers to sit with our consultants

What we provide you with:

• $50k PA + commissions OTE $100,000
• Regular company events
• Inbound warm leads after successful induction training.
• Dynamic working environment with a interest in your personal and professional development.
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

To be considered for this position you need to be;

• Familiar with a phone based role, previous experience in solar would be highly regarded.
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Coachable and open to learn
• Great communication skills and be computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure
• Value personal growth
• Fluent in English

We can teach skills but we can’t teach drive, you need to come with the attitude to do more and improve every day.
