Our client is an Education provider with multiple Victorian campuses. They operate primarily as a TAFE provider, offering some higher education courses and are one of the largest government-owned TAFEs in Victoria.

Your new role
Reporting into the Payroll Manager and working alongside another payroll professional, this role will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the organisation's pay. Your duties will include:

• End to end processing of the fortnightly payroll across the organisation
  
• Interpretation of Awards & EBAs relevant to the organisation's payroll function
  
• Accurate transactional processing, including the onboarding and offboarding of employees, leave, allowance, salary packaging, superannuation, and deductions.
  
• Ensuring all records within the database are accurate and up to date
  
  

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in the delivery of end-to-end payroll processes, ideally within a TAFE or Education setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP and working with complex Awards & EBAs.

What you'll get in return
This role is a 9-month temporary assignment based within the Chadstone Campus. The hourly rate on offer is $47.28 + Super and payable through weekly timesheet submissions.
