The Role As a Structures Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural elements of this large-scale development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are maintained throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all structural works on-site, from basement excavation to high-rise superstructure
  
  
• Work closely with the site and project team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety regulations
  
  
• Ensure all structural elements are delivered to high-quality standards
  
  
• Foster a collaborative, team-first approach to leadership—no egos, just teamwork
  
  
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and site teams
