About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, this full-time Service Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at MC Electrical in Brisbane CBD and Inner Suburbs, QLD. As the Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the company's pre and post-sales service, bridging our customers and our talented team of electricians.

What you'll be doing

Scheduling our Electricians to pre-measure for pending Solar installations

Level 1 after-sales phone solar support for customers (Our office electricians are available for more complex support)

Scheduling our Electricians for after-sales service.

Reviewing our Electrician's reports and forwarding them to clients

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative coordinator role, ideally within the Solar industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and job data

A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
