Roles and Responsibilities

• Excellent cash handling and efficient reporting
• Supervise the whole team and support your colleagues
• Lead from the front and inspire positivity
• Operate with a controlled sense of Urgency
• Communicate and implement policies and procedures
• Availability for open, mid and close shifts
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• To strive to give the best customer experience possible

Skills/ Experience:

• Strong Proficiency in both food and beverage. Management & Gaming experience is preferred but is not a requirement
• Solid understanding of gaming and TAB facilities
• Professionally presented, committed, trustworthy and responsible
• Dispute Resolution
