As they continue to expand their portfolio of major developments, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial function on key projects and drive commercial strategy.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure or energy projects. This is a hands-on commercial position, suited to someone who understands the intricacies of large-scale EPC contracts and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial aspects of major projects from pre-contract to final account

Manage and administer Tier 1 or Tier 2 EPC contracts in line with company procedures

Oversee cost planning, budget management, forecasting, and reporting

Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements

Identify commercial risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines

Prepare and present reports to senior management and key stakeholders

About You

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator on large-scale projects

In-depth knowledge of EPC contracts (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and commercial project frameworks

Strong background in infrastructure, energy, or construction sectors

Excellent negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills

Commercially astute with strong financial acumen
