About the Role

We are currently seeking a 2x Customer Support Officer to join our team at our Hoppers Crossing location. The incumbent will have strong and effective communication skills with a focus on managing stakeholder expectations.

In this role your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Undertake receptionist responsibilities and being the First Point of call for all incoming Customer Calls and Enquires
• Resolving customer issues in consultation with management and production staff.
• Maintaining data efficiently and managing data entry effectively.
• Undertaking picking and packing responsibilities
• Ensuring Quality standards are maintained through effective communication and training,
