The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business. This role demands a driven individual with strong connections and the confidence to secure clients of all sizes. Your responsibility will be driving sales growth specifically within the commercial sector, with an initial focus on interior designers, architects, real estate firms, builders and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, converting leads into lasting partnerships.

Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, collaborating closely with the team.

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the window furnishing sector or homewares.

Experience dealing with Buyers / Procurement will be considered a bonus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Proactive approach with a dedication to exceptional customer experiences.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to surpass sales targets.
