About the role
Box Hill Accident Repair Centre is seeking a talented Automotive Spray Painter/Refinisher to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the high-quality refinishing of vehicles, ensuring they are returned to their factory condition. This position is based at our large facility located in Box Hill North, Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and painting vehicle panels and components to the highest standard

Mixing and applying paint materials with precision and care

Blending and colour matching to achieve a seamless, professional finish

Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient, timely service for our customers

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Spray Painting or Refinishing

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role

Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and rectify issues

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

A keen interest in the automotive industry and a passion for your craft
