Veritus Research is seeking for casual Receptionists commencing in April to be the first point of contact for visitors to Veritus Research and demonstrate our company values to ensure a positive experience.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Contribute to visitor satisfaction by exhibiting our company values and making all you meet or speak to feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable

Ensure all participant payments are completed, and all required data is entered into Clinibase within 1 business day of visit

Ensure all weekly and ad hoc supply orders are filled within required timeframes to guarantee the continuity of the business

Contribute to other administration tasks as required

KEY SKILLS

Computer literate in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Excellent oral and written communication skills
