The company has a strong tenure with one of the best leadership team in the industry. They have an in house engineering and design team. Majority of its Sydney project range from $5m- $15m

About the Role

A unique opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 D&C electrical contractor to lead their Sydney construction operations. I'm seeking a driven professional to drive business growth for their Sydney branch. You'll be responsible for overall delivery for all construction projects, leadership for all the branch personal, building on current relationship and developing new connections within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver projects on time, in budget and in scope
• Responsible for monitoring project budget
• Manage the relationship between the business and all external contractors engaged to conduct services
• Work closely with Project Team, on project progression and variations
• Identify risk within the project and communicate to appropriate parties
• Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams

About you

• Trade qualification in Electrical works
• Across whole life cycle of projects - from design to commissioning
• Knowledge of products, systems, and market sectors within industry
• Takes the ‘extra step’ to ensure customer satisfaction
• A current drivers’ license
