About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of luxury residential projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard to create exceptional homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
• Work closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring design visions to life.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and variations to ensure financial success.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry and company standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, budgeting, and scheduling.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional-quality homes.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or trade background in construction
