Due to continued growth, we are seeking FIFO Mobile Concrete Batch Plant Operators to join our dynamic team, servicing a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the resources sector.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Mobile Concrete Batch Plant Operators to operate and maintain our mobile batching plants on a FIFO basis. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient concrete production at remote project sites while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Commission, operate and maintain mobile concrete batching plants on-site.
✔️ Monitor and adjust production to meet quality control standards.
✔️ Load, mix, and discharge concrete as per project requirements.
✔️ Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on batching equipment.
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
✔️ Maintain accurate production records and operational logs.
✔️ Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating mobile concrete batching plants.
HR Driver’s License (minimum) with a clean record.
FEL/IT Ticket (Komatsu WA250 or equivalent machines)
Ability to troubleshoot minor plant maintenance issues.
White Card or equivalent construction site safety training.
Physically fit with the ability to work in FIFO/remote site conditions.

Desirable Skills

Experience with various concrete batching systems.
Mechanical aptitude with equipment maintenance experience.
Strong fundamental grasp of concrete
