About the role

As a Concrete Batcher at PF Formation, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality concrete for a range of construction projects in the Maroota NSW 2756 area. This full-time position will see you operating and maintaining concrete batching equipment to mix the perfect blend of materials to meet customer specifications.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately measuring and combining cement, aggregates, water, and other additives to create concrete mixtures as per production schedules
• Monitoring the batching process and making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent quality and output
• Coordinating concrete orders to ensure timely delivery of concrete to job site.
• Maintaining detailed production records and reporting on output
• Identifying and troubleshooting any equipment issues or production problems
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Concrete Batcher or similar role in a production environment
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing processes and batching equipment
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, recipes, and technical specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good physical fitness and strong work ethic.
• Front end loader experience would be advantageous but not required, training can be provided.
• Good communication skills and sales experience advantageous.
• Must be available to work half day most Saturdays.
