OSB Group is a WA-based civil and concrete contractor delivering high-quality work across mining and infrastructure projects. With ongoing projects in the Pilbara, we’re looking for a self-driven Batch Plant Supervisor to take control of our batching operations.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be the Batcher in Charge, running the plant, managing day-to-day batching operations, and coordinating material requirements. You’ll be responsible for producing consistent concrete, maintaining batching records, and keeping materials up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage a mobile concrete batching plant

Ensure accurate batching in line with mix designs and quality specs

Monitor material stock levels and report ordering needs

Conduct routine plant checks and basic maintenance

Keep clear records of batches and production volumes

Liaise with the team on pour timing, logistics, and supply requirements

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating concrete batch plants (mobile or fixed)

Strong attention to detail and focus on product consistency

Good communicator who can keep the team informed on plant and material status

White Card essential

HR Licence and loader ticket

Ability to work independently and make decisions on the go
