This is a full-time position at a prestigious, brand-new apartment complex in the heart of South Melbourne, Melbourne, with regular Monday to Friday ( 8am - 12 pm) work hours.

People skills to engage with cleaners, contractors, consultants, residents, committee members etc

Understand and apply workplace OH&S

Proficient in Microsoft Office & tech savvy in general

Negotiation skills to secure competitive quotes and manage service contracts

Defect management experience is preferable

A brand ambassador to represent AssetBM in the best light
