If you have worked within the real estate or strata industry as a property manager, building caretaker/supervisor or service contractor, then you may be interested in becoming a weekend Building Manager. Applicants with other experiences from concierge services, strata cleaning and general customer focused roles will also be considered.

We have a permanent part-time position available for immediate start as Weekend Building Manager.

Location:

Zetland NSW - Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm. 5-8 minute walk from Green Square train station/s

Position excludes public holidays.

We are looking for trustworthy and reliable person who can communicate effectively with onsite residents and contractors. Must be well presented with good communication skills both written and verbal. We are also looking for approachable and friendly person.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with onsite Residents

Monitor and manage residents move-ins and move-outs

Complete regular onsite inspections

Complete Adhoc tasks left by the Building Manager

Engage contractors for repairs if needed

Log tasks in the Building Management System

Help enforce the adherence by-laws

Send communications via the portal to residents (urgent matters)

Coordinate duties with onsite cleaners

Ability to priorities tasks and manage competing demands

Friendly, positive approach with plenty of pride in your work

Proactive honest and reliable

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

The ability to organize and prioritize tasks

The right candidates for these positions will have good overall understanding of property maintenance and repairs procedures.
