About the Role
You’ll be the central connection between clients, contractors, and our internal teams — ensuring smooth communication and the successful delivery of strategies, campaign performance updates, and creative execution. You’ll support paid advertising across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more — while also directing content shoots and collaborating closely with our organic social media team.
You’ll sit right at the intersection of White Key Marketing (organic creative) and White Key Performance (paid media), ensuring every campaign is cohesive, strategic, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Be the central contact point between clients, contractors, and the internal team.
Assist with campaign updates, performance reports, and marketing strategy delivery.
Support paid advertising specialists across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate on ad creative development and marketing messaging.
Receive briefs and act as on-site Director for video and content shoots.
Ensure smooth collaboration between organic and paid teams to align messaging.
Participate in structured training and mentorship to accelerate your growth.
What You’ll Bring
Some experience or exposure in digital marketing, advertising, or campaign coordination.
Passion for learning and building a career in performance marketing & Content Creation.
Basic understanding of platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO (training provided).
Strong communication skills and confidence in managing relationships.
A can-do attitude with a desire to take ownership and grow into a leadership role.
Creative eye and interest in content production or campaign visuals (bonus if you’ve done shoots!).
