Job Summary:

The Finance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients for suitable financial products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key duties include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting presentations, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth client experience. The role also involves maintaining records of activities, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and organised.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and networking.

Present and explain CFD products and services to meet client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Ensuring a smooth client experience, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Achieve and exceed personal targets and and team performance goals.

Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and transactions.

Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements for All Applicants:

Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Qualifications & Requirements for Preferred Applicants:

RG146 Certification in Generic Knowledge, Foreign Exchange and Derivatives.

Bilingual or multi-lingual.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or a related industry

Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends
