What will you be doing in this role:

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiry
• Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
• Manage display suites and client appointments
• Negotiate sale prices and terms
• Nurture clients through to exchange and settlement
• Attend sales meetings and share market insights
• Assist with pricing and market feedback to adjust project positioning
• Attend weekly training and sales meetings

The right candidate will have:

• Experience selling off plan properties
• Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market
• The ability to collaborate and work as a part of a team
• A current real estate license or certificate of registration
• Flexibility to work Saturday and Sundays
• Strong relationship management skills
• The ability to confidently negotiate and close sales
