About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Membership & Sponsorship Manager who thrives on connection, strategy, and results.

In this role, you'll:

• Be the go-to for membership communications, acquisition & retention
• Craft unforgettable member experiences to drive loyalty and engagement
• Manage incoming sponsorship enquiries and proactively pursue new brand partnerships
• Develop strategies that boost renewals and grow the member base
• Build relationships that last-with both sponsors and the community

Your Experience Will Shine If You've Come From:

• Sports Clubs or Member-based Organisations
• Major Events & Entertainment Venues
• Nonprofits, FMCG, or Lifestyle Brands

What You Bring to the Table:

Sponsorship Sales & Management

• A proven track record in landing corporate sponsorships
• Confidence in pitching, presenting, and negotiating
• The know-how to design attractive, on-brand sponsorship packages

Membership Strategy & Growth

• Experience leading acquisition & retention campaigns
• A strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making
• A flair for boosting membership engagement and database growth

Relationship Management

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
