We're seeking a Project Manager to develop, implement, and optimise a future-focused fleet strategy. This role is key in managing fleet governance, lifecycle asset management, procurement planning, and evaluate the market on a transition to low-emission technologies.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a strategic framework for fleet renewal, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Analyse and present complex financial and technical data to inform key decisions.
Lead the transition to low-emission fleet alternatives, aligning with climate commitments.
Manage procurement, commissioning viability, assess options for disposal of fleet assets to optimise cost and performance.
Champion innovation, safety, and best practices within the team and organisation.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and industry-leading fleet management.

What You'll Bring:

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Change and Project Analysis, or significant industry experience.
Proven experience in fleet management, vehicle upgrades, large-scale procurement, and lifecycle cost analysis.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive change.
Expertise in fleet asset systems, financial planning, and sustainability-focused fleet optimisation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making and drive results.
