About the Role:

About the Service
This is a high-energy, well-resourced OSHC service where kids feel at home. You’ll be leading a team that already thrives, with:

• Daily attendance between 80 and 120 children
• A fantastic OSHC space designed just for outside school hours care
• Extra support for inclusion so every child gets the attention they need
• Strong school partnerships where the service is valued and supported
• Great facilities including an oval, basketball court, COLA, and hall access for all-weather fun.

About You
You’re a leader who loves creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for kids. You know how to balance compliance with creativity, and you bring energy and warmth to your team.

Child Safeguarding

We are looking for an individual who will understand, adhere to and promote the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. In this role, you will take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

Child safeguarding requirements include

• A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
• Thorough screening
• Reference checks
• A national criminal history check
