What we’re looking for:
✔ Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
✔ Minimum 12 months of call centre experience
✔ MUST have current experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
✔ A natural relationship builder who enjoys engaging with customers
✔ MUST be an Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
✔ Advantageous - superannuation, investments, or wealth (not essential)

What you’ll do:
�� Be part of a collaborative team in Sydney or the Gold Coast, acting as a key point of contact for customers
�� Answer inbound calls & assist with general superannuation, investments & financial services queries
�� Maintain and update client accounts
�� Support and process transactions efficiently
�� Work closely with internal teams across the business
�� Deliver high-quality service while managing time effectively
