About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin Assistant & Support Person to join our small team at Hydraulic Pumps Australia Pty Ltd in Kings Park, NSW. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility and work-life balance. As the Admin Assistant & Support Person, you will play a crucial administrative and support function within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including data entry, invoicing and general office duties

Assist with incoming calls

Management of emails

Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document storage and retrieval

Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Arrange courier collections and deliveries

Collection of parts from local suppliers when required

Job book data capture

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative support or office assistant role. MYOB and Ostendo software experience an advantage, but not essential

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks

Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges

Valid NSW driver's license essential
