Part-Time Administration Assistant – Flexible Role with Growth Potential

We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our growing admin team—someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to develop their skills. This role is perfect for a student or someone with disability support experience who is looking to build their career in the industry.

🕒 Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

About the Role

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your role will involve a mix of administrative support, client interactions, and team assistance—making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise client and staff records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing assistance or directing inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling, timesheets, and meeting coordination
  • Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Assist in creating reports and maintaining databases
  • Provide general support to team members and management as needed

About You

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or social work is a plus but not required
