Bellingen Compounding Pharmacy is a small team of 18 staff that is looking to add an additional employee to our friendly workplace.

The position will be a part-time pharmacy assistant (3-4 days per week) that will mostly involve dispensing prescriptions in our dispensary

In addition to dispensing, other tasks include:

• Receiving and placing orders
• Taking in prescriptions
• Answering phone calls
• Customer advice and service
• Operating computer pharmacy software and monitoring email
• Sorting of patient prescriptions
• Stock management

Previous experience in pharmacy and specifically in dispensing prescriptions is preferred, but not strictly required. Experience working with computers is also beneficial.
