Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + Super (Negotiable)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our team and support our continued growth. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and senior management to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in strategic decision-making. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations while driving efficiency and profitability across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

• Cost control, cash flow management, and variance analysis.

• Internal Controls, Audit & ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Financial Planning for Capital Expenditure

• Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization

• Management of Financial Systems & Reporting Tools

• Debt Management & Financing

• Support project accounting, tracking expenses, and evaluating profitability.

• Customer Profitability Analysis

Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of proven experience in financial or management accounting, including cash flow management and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Australian Taxation and Compliance.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
