Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Permanent Rentals team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rental properties, liaising with both tenants and landlords, and ensuring the smooth operations of our rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of rental properties.
Maintain open and effective communication with landlords and tenants.
Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance requests.
Assist with lease negotiations and renewals.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Stay updated with market trends, and provide recommendations to landlords on rental rates and property improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Possession of or willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not mandatory.
Must have a proactive approach, with a focus on customer service excellence.
NSW Drivers licence
