We are seeking a Business Analyst for a 4-month contract with a late April 2024 start. This role is based in Brisbane and offers hybrid work flexibility (50/50 WFH). You will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives, helping to modernise a central system environment while enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build strong relationships with stakeholders and gather business requirements
✅ Analyse complex business problems and deliver practical solutions
✅ Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
✅ Maintain high-quality documentation of business processes and requirements
✅ Conduct process improvements, re-engineering, and modelling to optimise outcomes
✅ Engage in Agile project environments and support UAT activities

About You:

✔ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in government or large-scale transformation projects
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Experience with process improvement, Agile methodologies, and user acceptance testing
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams
✔ Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
