About the Role:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our timber flooring and staircase installation projects. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role, requiring constant communication with customers, our Virtual Assistant (VA), Installers, Site Preparation teams, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily installation operations for timber flooring and staircases.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.

Coordinate schedules, job timelines, and resource allocation with the Virtual Assistant.

Work closely with Installers, Site Prep Technicians, and subcontractors to maintain quality and efficiency.

Conduct on-site visits to inspect work progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Manage project logistics, materials, and workflow to meet deadlines and budget expectations.

Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
