The Opportunity
McCauley Enterprises Recruitment is excited to represent an amazing opportunity on behalf of our client, a prominent Registered Training Organisation in the education and real estate training sector. We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Enrolments Sales Coordinator to actively seek, convert, and enrol new students, driving the business forward. If you're passionate about customer service, sales, and developing strategies to grow a business, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new leads and identify new business opportunities
Conduct market research to identify new clients, trends, and growth areas
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Cold-call potential clients and respond to incoming leads
Promote the company’s products and services during business meetings and events
Enrolments
Convert leads into enrolments, handling enquiries and guiding prospects through the enrolment process
Maintain accurate records in CRM and update databases, ensuring information is current and accessible
Handle student payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
Collaborate with the Enrolments Manager, Student Services, and Marketing teams to streamline processes
Attend marketing events and networking opportunities to promote the company
Other Duties
Assist in supervising junior enrolment personnel and support the Enrolments Manager where required
Generate and distribute reports on sales performance and revenue metrics
Handle Live Chat website enquiries and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role (preferably in education or training)
Excellent communication skills with a professional and warm phone manner
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Xero and Adobe Acrobat knowledge a plus)
A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Previous experience in the real estate or training organisation industry is highly regarded but not essential
A current Driver's Licence
