Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and integration of vision and radar-based systems for mobile vehicle collision avoidance.

Design and implement perception algorithms for object detection, tracking, and classification using AI and image recognition techniques.

Provide system integration design input in a multi-disciplinary engineering team spanning across Mechanical, Electronics and Software Engineering

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of perception systems with overall ADAS architecture.

Evaluate and optimize radar performance, signal processing, and data fusion techniques.

Conduct rigorous testing and validation of perception systems in real-world and simulated environments.

Stay current with industry advancements in radar technologies, AI methodologies, and perception systems.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 of experience in developing collision avoidance or similar applications.

Expertise in AI processing techniques, including machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Proficiency in radar processing, image recognition, computer vision, and signal processing.

Strong programming skills in Python and C++.

Experience with perception and sensor fusion algorithms.

Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded system development.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ADAS/automotive industry standards and safety protocols.

Experience in cross-functional engineering projects

Knowledge of ROS2 (Robot Operating System) and simulation tools such as Rviz

Hands-on experience with radar hardware and GPU systems.
