About the role:

As one of the leaders of the operations and engineering division, you will be involved in all aspects of the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects and project management. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the site development/engineering works;
• Managing and mentoring engineering and civil teams on-site;
• Supervising and coordinating ongoing projects;
• Analysing projects and preparing technical reports;
• Managing and working with contractors including the preparation of work packages;
• Managing the interface between design and implementation;
• QA and WHS oversight (with support) and
• Delivering projects on time, in full.

About you:

The successful candidate will have extensive Australian experience in relevant civil/infrastructure engineering and project delivery. This will also be backed by an Engineering degree that is recognised by Engineers Australia. Registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or eligibility for registration is not required, however will be highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to manage a team of people in a deadline driven environment.
