Join a leading Tier 2 commercial builder with over 30 years of experience. Operating Nationally, they deliver major new build projects across all sectors including Commercial, Residential, Government, Education, & Health.

With a secured pipeline of upcoming commercial new build projects valued over $200M they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Engineer.

Role & responsibilities:

• Design management and coordination
• Client coordination and liaison
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Budgeting, estimating and reporting
• Site establishment and planning
• Construction coordination and management

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience working as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in Australia
• Proven industry experience delivering $100M+ new build projects from start to finish
• Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration
• Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors
