Key Requirements:

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Senior Contract Administrator with a tier 2 or 3 commercial builder.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment.
• Strong time management & problem solving skills.
• High level attention to detail.
